If you could put the benefits of exercise into a pill, then that pill would be the most powerful and extraordinary drug ever discovered. Sadly this is not possible!
Exercise is indeed that ‘silver bullet’ to a long and healthy life but too many of us seem to abandon its benefits as we get older….and there is really no reason for it.
While Exercise is King, then Diet is Queen and together they make up the ‘Kingdom of Wellness’!
