Fasting
Fasting is basically delaying your food intake, with the purpose of helping your body’s metabolism to ‘re-set’. Fasting can be simply missing a meal, delaying a meal until later in the day or reducing calories for a length of time(eg ‘5/2 diet’ where 5 days you eat normally, but on 2 days, reduce to say 800 calories).
Fasting has been proven to significantly improve a whole host of health biomarkers and can also be a very useful tool to achieve not only weight loss, but general health too.
