Gut Health & Microbiome

The latest science is now showing that the health of our gut and the microbes which live within it (the microbiome) play a huge role in our health, from not only our gut but also virtually every health area right up to our brain!
When the balance between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ bacteria get out of balance, this is when gut problems occur. This is called ‘dysbiosis’.
Probiotics (good live bacteria) can be taken in food and in supplemental form and have been shown to help with bloating, constipation, pain and diarrhoea and can also improve many other health areas too.
