Micronutrients (vitamins & minerals and others) are needed for hundreds and hundreds of important biochemical reactions and basically look after our overall metabolism is so many ways.

However, Public Health England (PHE) data clearly shows that the majority of adults for example, are not reaching this intended RDA target across many such micronutrients. This can lead to tiredness, weakness, muscle loss and even chronic disease later in life if not addressed.

Let’s look at not only the essential vitamins, but also a range of other key nutrients that can affect many areas of our health, both positively and negatively.
