Carbohydrates

Carbs are the main energy source for energy in our bodies….but carbs also seems to be a massive talking point these days and many carbs have been demonised as unhealthy. However, the term ‘carb’ is a collection of many nutrients, some of which are healthy and some are not. In addition, there are some very outspoken ‘ant-carb’ experts in cyberspace making outlandish claims, while others aggressively disagree with these people. Both camps seem to be fanatics and many fail to look at both sides of the data.
